After 11 years and 372 appearances at Chelsea, Mikel Obi may
finally call time on his stay at the club which he joined in 2005 after
finding game time hard to come by under new coach, Antonio Conte.

Mikel told Goal.com: 'When you have a year left, in January
you are allowed to talk to other clubs and sign a pre-contract or have
an agreement so, yes, I will talk to other clubs because you never know
what is going to happen.

'If it is going to be the Premier League there will be
options. If it is China or some other places, we will see. One thing is
for sure, I will make the best decision.'
The midfielder who is the second longest-serving member of
the Chelsea squad after John Terry said:
Mikel faces stiff competition for places in his central midfield role with Kante, Cesc Fabregas, Nemanja Matic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.'I've been here for a long, long time. I've spent 11 years of my life in this football club, it is my home.'
